Inside the Mennonite Information Center in Lancaster, visitors can view the replicated tabernacle, made to resemble the one the Bible says Moses brought from the mountain. Amish information exhibits are also on-site. Tours and biblical tabernacle reproductions are held one the hour from 9am to 4pm between April 1 to October 31, and three times a day from November 1 until March 31 at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. The center is open Monday to Saturday.

The Valley of Fire State Park, open year round, is the oldest state park in Nevada. The park contains 150 million year old sand dunes and eroded sandstone - when the sun shines directly on these formations they often appear to be on fire.
